Test Ceck-Up + Course BBS (Behaviour Based Safety)

AIM

To educate, train and create awareness in the participants concerning correct and defensive behaviour on the road, as well as to defend themselves against the errors of others and how to avoid an accident before it happens.

TARGET POPULATION

The course is aimed at all drivers of public and private cars and vehicles who for business reasons are on the road every day and want to check and improve their own driving skills and defensive behaviour.

• In Switzerland at the Safe Driving Centre & Skid Control School at Osogna
• At companies intending to train their own personnel in any country in Europe and worldwide
• At agreed Hotels and Convention Centres in any country in Europe and worldwide

COURSE DURATION

The standard course lasts ½ day or 1 day

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

The course programme is indicatively as follows:

COURSE CONTENT

The course will develop, both in the classroom and during the outdoor practical driving exercises, the concepts of safe and defensive driving, that is to say the behaviour to be adopted for defence against the errors of others before an accident happens.

VEHICLES FOR THE PRACTICAL EXERCISES

The practical part of the course involves:

• The use of the participant’s car if the course is not held at the Osogna track; the test is taken on a route specifically chosen by the instructors
• The use of cars provided by SAFE DRIVING if the course is held at the Osogna track

INSTRUCTORS

The course is taught by qualified instructors with tested professional experience.

ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE

At the end of the course, an attendance certificate is issued bearing the participant’s name.
